Shubhashish Bhattacharya
MBA from Faculty of Management Studies,
Delhi University, Shubhashish has worked in the field of sales and
marketing for over 14 years in India and USA. He has worked in senior
marketing positions with organizations like Harris Corporation
Farinon Division, AKG (E) I Pvt. Ltd. and Methodex Infres Limited
with a highly successful track record. In addition to marketing
responsibilities, he has also conducted behavioral & sales
training and facilitation programmes in various organisations he has
worked in. Today he has established himself as a competent behavioral
trainer all over India. Besides training, his strength also lies in
conceptualizing, planning and implementing strategies. For the last 9
years he has been focussing on People development (frontline as well
as senior management) through in-house training and facilitation
programmes. He has successfully handled people development
assignments at organizations like Maruti Udyog, Hero Honda, National
Panasonic, LG Electronics, Concorde Motors, RPG group, Xansa India,

UK. Mr. S.N. Jain has over twenty-five years experience in senior
management positions in organizations like Hindustan Aeronautics
Limited, Methodex Group and Amkette Group. Areas of specialization
include operations management, organizations structuring and
development, systems design, marketing and administration.
Solil Paul
Solil Paul is a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.)
from University of Delhi, Master of Laws (LL.M.) from University of
Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA. Besides Law his areas of specialisation
include development of management skills through outdoor adventure
programs, fostering group dynamism and providing an outdoor
experiential approach to corporate training, conferences and
seminars.

Rajiv Nag
BE
(Electronics & Communication Engg.) from Birla Institute of
Technology, Ranchi, and an MBA from University of Ottawa, Canada,
Rajiv has worked in the field of IT for the past 18 years and in the
field of Quality Assurance for the past 8 years in India, Hongkong,
Australia, USA, Singapore and Indonesia. He has worked in senior
management positions in India and abroad. His last assignment before
returning to India was as Director (Asia Pacific) for a large
Australian software company. He helped the Standard Chartered Bank
Hongkong to set up the Quality Assurance function in the IT Division.
Rajiv has delivered a number of Public Seminars as well as provided
in-house training to IT companies in India and abroad in the sphere
of Software Quality, Software Metrics, Software Testing, and ISO
9000. Rajiv is also a Tick IT ISO 9000 certified lead auditors and a
Certified Quality Analyst.
Preeti Majumder
A software
professional by training, Preeti Majumder has 7 years of experience
working in training, IT & corporate education, and systems
development.
In her
past assignments in NIIT and several voluntary organizations she has
delivered or managed IT education for a wide variety of student
profiles.
Preeti has
worked in India as well as in the international markets of Asia
Pacific. In her assignment with Rothglen Limited, Hongkong, she was
instrumental in grooming Indian engineers who were deployed at
various client locations. Preeti has conducted programmes in basic

Diploma in Business Management and MA in Economics, , Partho Dasgupta
has worked as senior management positions in organisations like

also been working as a consultant with several large multi-nationals
in the area of TQM & QMS leading to ISO certifications, Lean
Management and 5S. Partho Dasgupta has also been involved in various

Sohini Saha
Sohini,
a Six Sigma Quality Green Belt from ISI, , has 8 years of work
experience in areas of PR, Operations and Quality. A Post Graduate
Diploma holder in Adv, Marketing and PR and a Sociology Honors
Graduate from Delhi University, Sohini has worked with organisations
such as ICICI Bank in PR division, GE Capital (now GENPACT), and in
Bharti Airtel Ltd as Product and process auditor and trainer. Has
also experience in managing Lobby Operations and customer handling.
She has also been a visiting quality trainer (product and process) to
domestic BPOs. She has been the lead trainer for
several leadership and team building initiatives for companies
such as MSSL, Punj Lyods, Panacea Biotec and many others
and is in the panel of consultants for Organisations like,
Roop Polymers, Clarks Group of Hotels, Metso Minerals etc. She is
also a visiting lecturer for Six Sigma Quality at Jamia
